How A-Level to HSSC equivalence works

The Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) converts Cambridge O-Level and A-Level results into a combined HSSC (Intermediate) equivalence out of 1100 marks. Your O-Level subjects contribute up to 800 marks and your A-Level subjects contribute up to 300 marks, matching Pakistan's Intermediate system.

FAQs

How many A-Level subjects does IBCC require for HSSC equivalence?

IBCC requires a minimum of 3 A-Level subjects, combined with your O-Level results, to calculate your HSSC (Intermediate) equivalence.

Do I need my O-Level results to calculate A-Level equivalence?

Yes. IBCC's HSSC equivalence combines your O-Level marks (contributing up to 800 marks) with your A-Level marks (contributing up to 300 marks) for a total out of 1100.

Is this calculator official?
